On January 13th, the 2024 Work Summary Meeting and 2025 Business Planning Meeting of Changguang Huaxin were successfully held. Min Dayong, Chairman and General Manager of Changguang Huaxin, Wang Jun, Vice Chairman and Chief Technology Officer, department heads, and core backbones attended the meeting.

Heads of each department reported on their respective work, comprehensively summarizing the business operations over the past year, analyzing existing problems and the current situation, and making plans and arrangements for the 2025 business work.
Although the laser industry still faced severe challenges in 2024, Changguang Huaxin adhered to the high-quality development path of "specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative," achieving some remarkable results:
■ In 2024, the localization of Changguang Huaxin's laser chips and core components was further deepened, releasing four major technological achievements , leading technological innovation and industry development.
■ Always customer-centered, closely following market demands, released the 100G PAM4 VCSEL communication chip , 4.6μm QCL distributed feedback quantum cascade laser, and other new products.
■ Centered on the company's development strategy of "one platform, one fulcrum, horizontal expansion, vertical extension," benchmarking against international top levels, building Changguang Huaxin's advanced compound semiconductor optoelectronic platform 。
■ Strengthened talent team building, added multiple national and provincial-level talents, and received approval for multiple provincial and municipal honors.

After listening to the reports from each department, Chairman and General Manager Min Dayong expressed gratitude and made a summary speech on the hardships overcome and achievements made by the Changguang Huaxin team over the past year. He pointed out that, Although the laser industry has experienced market turbulence and increasing challenges in recent years, for those brave in reform and good at innovation, the "worst" times are precisely the best times. Changguang Huaxin will take 2025 as a new starting point, full of confidence, seize new growth points, go against the trend, and strive for the peak!
