From May 15 to 17, the 20th Wuhan Optical Expo (OVC EXPO) was held at the China Optics Valley Technology Exhibition Center. Changguang Huaxin's full range of products, including high-power semiconductor laser chips, LiDAR and 3D sensing chips, high-speed optical communication chips, devices, fiber-coupled modules, arrays, and direct semiconductor lasers, were all showcased at Booth 1A09 in Hall A1! Concurrently, the China Top Ten Optical Industry Technology Awards Ceremony and Industry Innovation Conference were held, where Changguang Huaxin's 50W new generation high-power semiconductor single-chip won the 2025 Top Ten Optical Industry Technology Award!

At the exhibition site, highlight products such as the 65W high-power semiconductor single-chip, 905nm 300W VCSEL LiDAR chip, the first offline domestic display of the 200GBd PAM4 EML optical communication chip, 325-500W solid-state laser pump sources, and 1250W fiber laser pump sources attracted many visitors to stop and inquire.

Won the Top Ten Optical Industry Technology Award!

The 2025 China Top Ten Optical Industry Technology Awards Ceremony was held concurrently with the Optical Expo. Among 156 projects, Changguang Huaxin's 50W new generation high-power semiconductor single-chip stood out and won the Top Ten Optical Industry Technology Award in the laser category! The chip outputs 50W power at a wavelength of 9XXnm with a photoelectric efficiency of 62%. The chip features an innovative design of the epitaxial structure, continuously improving the output power efficiency and reliability of the laser chip at high temperatures to enhance the output power and cost-power ratio of laser pump sources, thereby increasing the competitive advantage of laser systems in new fields such as handheld welding.
