850nm 100G PAM4 VCSEL Chip

Everbright's 850nm 100G PAM4 VCSEL Chip was launched in September 2024, offering top-tier performance in key features such as bandwidth and RIN, comparable to the best in the industry:

• Typical Bandwidth: 28GHz at room temperature

• Typical RIN: < -150dB/Hz

• Wavelength: < 863nm, meeting the IEEE 50m OM4 multimode fiber transmission standard

• Excellent Anti-Reflection Performance: Ensures stable operation with no BER jumps in customer modules across a temperature range of 0-70°C

The product is suitable for 400G VR4/SR4/AOC and 800G VR8/SR8/AOC applications. It has passed GR468 reliability certification and has shown outstanding performance and high yield during customer verification.

Iterative Product

850nm 100G PAM4 VCSEL (SR)

On March 14, 2025, Everbright released the iterative product: 850nm 100G PAM4 VCSEL (SR). Building on the original design, this updated version enhances transmission distance from 50m to 100m, significantly improving wiring flexibility and space utilization. It also reduces the need for relay devices, lowers energy consumption and operating costs, decreases potential failure points, and enhances system reliability and stability. This product represents the current leading level of domestically produced chips!
