Based on independently developed high-brightness, high-efficiency single-bar chips, Changguang Huaxin utilizes external cavity feedback wavelength locking, high-reliability optical packaging, high-precision beam shaping, high-density beam combining, and high-efficiency fiber coupling technologies, combined with a self-developed fully automatic production line for research fiber-coupled modules Active Alignment, to develop the 650W 220μm 976nm wavelength-locked lightweight fiber-coupled module.

This product uses Changguang Huaxin's self-developed 976nm single-bar chip, ensuring high brightness and high power laser output. Through optical packaging, it achieves an output power of 650W, electro-optical efficiency ≥54%, NA <0.18 (95% energy), ensuring the module's performance advantages.

Wavelength locking can be achieved within the temperature range of 8℃~38℃, with wavelength drift ≤0.01nm/℃ and high side mode suppression ratio ≥30dB.

Through optimized tube shell structure design and the use of new lightweight high thermal conductivity materials, the module achieves a single module weight of 192.5g and a mass-to-power ratio <0.3g/W while ensuring heat dissipation and structural strength.

Through 3000 hours of long-term lifespan testing, no power attenuation or chip failure occurred, meeting the stringent pump source lifespan requirements of the research market, ensuring stability and reliability.
