Changguang Huaxin has been dedicated to the layout of compound semiconductor gallium arsenide and indium phosphide laser chip production lines for more than ten years. After years of research and preparation, it has overcome the challenges of precise control and stability in material epitaxial growth, as well as the oxidation limitation control issues in Mesa etching and laser current, focusing on the design, research, production, and sales of high-speed optical communication chips.

 

Currently, Changguang Huaxin's communication optical chip products have formed a product matrix of five major types: EML, DFB, VCSEL, PIN, and APD and have been supplied to the market in batches, with advanced product performance indicators and excellent reliability.
