Fourth-generation high-power semiconductor single-bar chip

Following the launch of the 50W single-bar chip in 2023 and the 132W dual-junction single-bar chip in 2024, Changguang Huaxin brought the fourth-generation high-power semiconductor single-bar chip to this exhibition, with a commercial power of 65W 9XXnm, greatly improving the power, efficiency, and price-power ratio of pump sources, helping pump sources develop towards lightweight and miniaturization.

QCL Quantum Cascade Laser Chip

The 4.6μm QCL quantum cascade laser chip made its debut at this exhibition. This product reached international first-class levels in key indicators such as threshold power consumption and side-mode suppression ratio. It features high reliability, high power, and low power consumption, suitable for gas detection, space communication, and other scenarios.

Multiple special wavelength modules
