The top ten industrial technology nominated achievements in Suzhou for 2025 focus on national strategic needs and breakthroughs in key industrial technologies, covering fields such as high-end equipment, new materials, and artificial intelligence. The technology level is internationally leading, with significant industrial driving effects.

 

The "Gallium Arsenide High-Power Semiconductor Laser Chip" project by Changguang Huaxin was successfully selected as one of the "Top Ten Industrial Technology Nominated Achievements in Suzhou 2025."

 

 

This achievement focuses on tackling core key technical challenges such as high-reliability chip cavity surface passivation and high-efficiency epitaxy, achieving comprehensive breakthroughs and establishing a fully autonomous and controllable technology system from design to manufacturing. Currently, the chip has achieved a single-tube output power of 66W, an electro-optical conversion efficiency of over 60%, and key performance indicators reaching an internationally leading level. It is widely used in industrial processing, LiDAR, optical communication, and other fields, providing strong technical support for China's advanced laser manufacturing industry and strongly promoting the industry's upgrade towards high-end and intelligent development!
