From July 3 to 5, 2024, the 14th Korea International Laser Technology Exhibition (Laser Korea 2024) was grandly held at KINTEX, Korea International Exhibition Center.

 

Laser Korea focuses on cutting-edge laser and optoelectronic technologies and is one of the most influential laser and optoelectronic exhibitions in Asia, attracting leading global laser industry companies and renowned institutions for visits and exchanges.

 

As a leading IDM semiconductor laser manufacturer, Changguang Huaxin showcased three major categories of semiconductor laser chips and laser pump source products at booth 4L20!

High Power Series Products

 

 

Changguang Huaxin has been deeply engaged in the high-power semiconductor laser field for more than ten years, possessing a complete process platform and mature vertical integration process capabilities. This time, it exhibited its flagship high-power semiconductor chip products. 9XXnm 50W 330μm Single-Emitter Chip ， Fiber Laser Pump Source (915/976nm, 60-1050W) and Solid-State Laser Pump Source (808/878.6nm, 25-325W) series products.

 

LiDAR and 3D Sensing Series Products

 

 

Changguang Huaxin has a complete and advanced product series in LiDAR and 3D sensing. This exhibition featured EEL and VCSEL chips for automotive LiDAR applications, TOF and SL solution chips for 3D sensing applications, as well as 808nm and 940nm products for medical aesthetics and heating applications.

 

 

High-Speed Optical Communication Series Products

 

 

Changguang Huaxin exhibited a complete range of products including APD, EML, VCSEL, DFB and others, which can be widely used in data centers, cloud computing, 5G communications, etc. Among them, the 100mW CW DFB chip, which recently won the 2024 Most Influential Optical Communication Product Award, was also showcased here.
