Hall 4 4A070 Laser Exhibition On site, Changguang Huaxin exhibited high-power semiconductor laser chips, LiDAR and 3D sensing chips, high-speed optical communication chips, GaN blue-green laser chips, devices, fiber coupling modules, arrays, and a full range of direct semiconductor laser products, with applications covering industrial pumping, scientific research, medical, LiDAR, 3D sensing, laser display, laser lighting, and more.
Hall 12 12C61 Communication Booth Changguang Huaxin showcased a comprehensive and rich matrix of five major types of communication optical chips: EML, DFB, VCSEL, PIN, and APD, capable of meeting ultra-large capacity data communication needs, covering distances including VR, SR, DR, FR, and speeds covering single wavelength 25G, 50G, 100G.

On the first day of the exhibition, Changguang Huaxin held a new product launch themed "Optical Communication World, Core Connected Future," releasing heavyweight new products including 100G PAM4 VCSEL and supporting PD, iteratively upgraded 70mW DFB and 100mW DFB silicon photonic light source products, as well as a "one-stop IDM solution for short-distance interconnect optical chips," attracting widespread attention.
Changguang Huaxin Opens a New Era of Hundred-Watt Single-Emitter Chips
Li Shunfeng, Deputy Director of Changguang Huaxin Semiconductor Laser Innovation Research Institute, delivered a report titled "Changguang Huaxin Opens a New Era of Hundred-Watt Single-Emitter Chips," introducing breakthroughs in structural design and manufacturing technology of ultra-high power single-emitter chips, developing room-temperature continuous power exceeding 100W, with a stripe width of 500μm and operating efficiency of 62%, opening a new era of hundred-watt single-emitter chips, and reported on our VCSEL R&D and production status.
