2025 OWPT Conference

The 7th Optical Wireless and Optical Fiber Power Transmission Conference OWPT2025 (OPIC sub-conference) was held concurrently with the OPIE exhibition. Dr. Yudan Gou from Sichuan University and Changguang Huaxin presented a paper titled "multi-junction metamorphic 1064nm laser power converters" (Authors: Yudan Gou, Zhiqiang Mou, Di Feng, Yongji Chen, Jun Wang), introducing a laser energy wireless transmission technology solution that converts laser energy transmitted through free space or optical fiber to a remote receiving laser battery into electrical energy, which can continuously power devices in electromagnetic interference environments or while in motion. This paper was selected OWPT Best Paper Award candidate (the final result will be announced at the closing ceremony on April 25). This is the conference's recognition of Changguang Huaxin's industry-university-research integration. The report will be officially presented on April 25 from 11:00 to 11:15 a.m. (JST) in meeting rooms 416+417 at the conference center. Scholars, practitioners, and interested audiences in related professional fields are sincerely invited to attend and exchange.
