· High-power semiconductor single-chip launched a 50W commercial chip, with R&D output power reaching 66W, the highest in the startup industry;

· Released the new generation 976nm 1000W fiber-coupled module;

· Launched 1710nm direct semiconductor laser for transparent plastic welding and series solutions; Deepening horizontal expansion strategic layout:

Shareholding company Gallium Sharp Optics signed and released, expanding the visible light field and filling the domestic gap in GaN industrialization;

· Further deepened the optical communication layout, released multiple new optical communication chips, and promoted the localization of chips in the communication field;

· Automotive laser radar chips passed the automotive-grade AEC-Q102 certification, further consolidating Changguang Huaxin's market position as a full set laser radar light source solution provider;

· In addition, in 2023, Changguang Huaxin Phase II factory started construction, focusing on expanding overseas markets, with abundant domestic and international patent achievements...
